Strawberry Soya Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:-

  • 1/2 cup soya milk (low fat) / low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup porridge oats
  • 1 banana
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoons brown sugar (optional)
  • Method : -

    1.  Blend all the ingredient until smooth, pour to cup and serve.

    Beetroot Smoothies Beetroot, apple, carrot & ginger Smoothies Recipe

    Make : 1 Glass

    Ingredients: -

  • 1 beetroot (50 g)
  • 1 apples (120 g)
  • 1 Baby carrots, trimmed (50 g)
  • thin slice of ginger
  • 300 ml fat free milk / 3 tablespoon Organic Soya Milk  (Low fat) / 3 tablespoon yogurt (Low fat)

    Ice Cube (optional)

    Method:-

    1.  Clean Beetroot, Baby Carrot and apple. Cut the fruits into small cube.

    2.  Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

    3.  Pour the Smoothie into glass and ready to drink.

    Beetroot

    An excellent source of iron, beetroot also contains the carotenoid betaine.  Benefits include antioxidant properties.  It is a powerful Blood Cleanser and Tonic.

    If you buy organic or growth your own beetroot, just scrub the skin, otherwise, they are best peeled the skin.  It is best to drink with sweet fruits or vegetable juice such as apple, carrot. Don’t panic if your urine is pink after drink beetroot juice.  It is perfectly normal.

    Carrot is a powerful antioxidant, the carrot consists of beta-carotene. It helps to prevent cancer, is anti-aging, improves blood flow, improve night vision and even help in fighting diarrhoea.

    Carrots are great for juicing as they blend well with lots of other fruit and vegetable and have a natural sweetness. Most of the nutrients in a carrot are found just under the skin, so wash instead of peeling.

    Beet root is low in calories, fat, carbohydrates, and is rich in potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin C, folate, vitamin A and beta-carotene.

    Make : 1 Glass

    Ingredients: -

    300 ml Low Fat Yogurt / Organic Soya Milk (Low fat)

    1 small size Beet Root fruit

    1/2 Fresh Lemon

    Ice Cube (optional)

    Method:-

    1.  Wash and Clean the skin of Beet Root and cut into small cube.

    2.  Remove the skin of Lemon, cut into small cube.

    2.  Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

    3.  Pour the Smoothie into glass and ready to drink.
