Ingredients: -
300 ml fat free milk / 3 tablespoon Organic Soya Milk (Low fat) / 3 tablespoon yogurt (Low fat)
Ice Cube (optional)
Method:-
1. Clean Beetroot, Baby Carrot and apple. Cut the fruits into small cube.
2. Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the Smoothie into glass and ready to drink.
Beetroot
